Rachelle’s interest in renovation began with the materials, tools, and people that make building possible.
After earning a four-year degree in Business Management and Accounting, Rachelle worked as a cashier at a major construction supply store in her hometown. Helping with inventory introduced her to construction materials, tools, and supplies—the practical side of an industry she would later make her own.
After moving to Canada, she continued her education with the goal of building a business. She enjoyed working with her hands and seeing the potential in houses that needed a new life. An interest in house flipping grew into a vision for creating beautiful, functional homes.
Raras Renovations also reflects her desire to create opportunities for skilled people to earn a living and grow through their work. Bringing those talents together is central to how she wants to build the company.

Rachelle handles client communication, project coordination, advertising, finances, and business management. She listens to each homeowner’s needs, arranges site visits with the team for assessments and estimates, and stays involved from the first enquiry to completion.
She regularly checks project progress and works alongside the team when needed. Her priorities are strong client relationships, a supported team, and projects managed with care and attention to detail.
